Since the DEV's upgraded servers about a month ago, people have been getting this issue and others quite a bit lately. Try doing a hard reset on your modem/router (push the little reset button) and you should be alright. Some dumb connectivity issues with people's ISP's trying to reach their new servers but a hard reset is the answer for 99.9% of it.
