This NPC is currently walking a fixed and repeating pathing in front of Janam and Rebby.
This is in error. The NPC should be at a fixed point. Dark Elf characters can NOT complete the Janam and Rebby note passing quests with this NPC looping through a mobile pathing routine. Thanks.
