39-49 is totally spectres though if your mana pool can handle them, I'd go to Feerott as Oasis has that annoying water feature to negotiate

I've been levelling a newbie Ogre and the Feerott specs are camped pretty regularly, at least in the (US time) evening hours. At least a lot of "CC" checks and replies indicating such.
