These spawn from killing 4 mobs in 4 different zones. When you give them the trigger phrase you are able to get a gem from them to continue on the quest. There are currently 2 bugs:
1. You should not be able to get the gem unless you're indifferent or better. That means everyone who starts at Apprehensively needs to get an enchanter to charm it.
2. He should not despawn immediately after giving out one gem. But instead after 5-10 min.

Also worth noting, they reference a bug where after you log back in, for 10-15 seconds all mobs con indifferent. Allowing for you to circumvent the enchanter part.
