According to that 1999 post. You kill the roaming mobs to get her to spawn. Which would be skeletons. Can anyone comfirm this is how she spawns? I been killing them for 2 days now and nothing. I could just wipe the island but everything else has a faction hit and i am already KoS to 80% of the server. So am clinging to what little faction i have.
