Bear in cave is good but so freaking rare, you also have wandering Lich 25% of the time. I would avoid at this players character level. Regis is a great suggestion though. (Also having sold several totemic helms current market is 1250-1500 and they don't sell like hot cakes)

p.s. I am not camping this I just check on him and sell my helm anytime I find him when passing through Everfrost, so I feel I am not biased.
