Going to revive this thread. Rains have the potential to be the most mana efficient spell in the game (depending on resists).
But they are incorrectly hitting pets (for full resists), and 'using up' some of the waves.
Please fix this so wizard sustained DPS can scale up from terrible to mostly terrible.
