This quest starts in Kael Drakkal with Wenglawks Kkeak.
He gives you a voucher, you give it to the giant in the next room for a Coldain Toolset.
Coldain Toolset goes to Sojan the Sleepless, a gnome pirate in Iceclad.
He should give you a different voucher back that you return to Wenglawks.
Sojan ate the Toolset and said nothing.
