Default Ornate Velium Pendant? Should be UNLIMITED CHARGES?
Ornate Velium Pendant that drops off councilors should have unlimtied charges for a little bit, it then changed to im guessing 4 I dunno i had a unlimited on live, ill do some digging, Can anyone confirm/deny?
