I flip between Nami and Sona lately. Nami is way more useful if your ADC sucks ass as she has some good damage output as well as heals. With Sona you just have to bend over, jam E and escape

Funnily Ashe is the one ADC I hate laning with, too squishy and tends to get caught out if a jungler turns up moreso than many others.
