The sister camp in LFay was awesome for me. I stayed there until 19. Xp was good and the loot cant be beat for that level (the sisters drop bronze weapons that sell for 1-4+ plat - and there is a vendor 30 seconds from the camp)

Yeah i wanted to be there and level, but whenever i checked the camp when crushbone started to become stale for me there was always someone there who didnt wanna share the camp, and nor did i want to wait hours for them to leave
