Something that a lot of people don't seem to understand is that the level 4 Mesmerize spell has nearly a 100% chance to memblur your target.

Thought it was like 30%? I've tried mezing a pet to regen when it's low on health (and i always use the level 4 for pet recharms) and it doesn't regen the 5% after mez, even after numerous casts.
