Stand where the . is, and get as close to the corner as possible. If you walk into the bank you will die. You need to get RIGHT on the corner, change your camera and swing around.. You don't need to FD, and really it doesn't help much, your either safe, or dead. Your invis will drop when you succesfully bank, do your business, re-invis, walk out.

Just scroll back on your mouse wheel in that position so you can see the banker on the other side.
Highkeep is the same deal kind of, go right up to the window on the right hand side and be quick... Bosec won't like you being there, but you can always FD bank no problem.
Other banks with similar strategy (that spring to mind)...
