Maybe. I hung around for an hour and no sign of him. Looking at
Allakhazam, and from what other people have told me here (that it's quick), it should be less than 2 hours. I'll check again after work.
And yeah, I checked first, would be extremely annoying for others if I dragged them out to Swamp of No Hope and he wasn't there LOL!
