Were
all the focus effects added to the old world item around the time of Luclin? Or were any of these effects added to items beforehand?
Since most of the items I looked up seem to have had the focus effects added in 2002, I'm guessing the same will go for all the rest but I just wanted to be sure and can't find the answer online. Closest I could find was that in June of 2002, focus item effects were fixed...
