Allakhazam - Natasha NPC

I too, am in the same position as you are, Yoddy. I've spent a total of at least three hours just sitting there hoping she'll spawn for pretty much no reason and had no luck yet.

I was lucky to be passing through Lake Rathe while some other group was killing Shmendrick and the Spirit of Flame and tried to give her the signet ring while she was up in L Rathe: no dice there either.

In hopes that Natasha would not despawn, I waited for another higher lvl Cleric of my guild reached the same point I did and had Gimblox's ring with her and Natasha popped after turning in the robe. Natsha did indeed despawn after being given the ring.

I petitioned and was told to contact the head GM of my server (Vazaelle) and was given his hours. I'm waiting for him to show up today and I'll continue to do so.
If he turns me down because I'm too low, then I'm just going to have to either start over or see if she pops when Omat is given the sea shell and give it to her then. I'm petty disheartened about the whole thing, as I camped Bergurgle for four hours and Gimblox for two.

if you waited for somebody else to spawn Natasha, then you ripped off somebody else who had camped Bergurgle [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

You have to camp Bergurgle to get his crown. You give his crown to Schmedric which spawns Natasha and then you give the damaged crown off of the fire spirit to her.

She despawns after you give her the damaged crown so now somebody has to go re-camp bergurgle so that they can turn in the damaged crown [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Also worth noting, the text the Natasha says when handing in the ring:

Quote:
Natasha Whitewater says "Thank you, [your name] , for your services thus far. The Triumvirate missionaries are, so far, impressed. However, there is yet another threat rising from the Plasmatic Priesthood that may have dire effects on all of Norrath if it is not stopped. An Iksar member of the Triumvirate missionaries has discovered that the Plasmatic Priesthood has somehow convinced the sarnak summoners of Chardok to assit them in summoning Ixiblat Fer to Norrath. Take this shell to Naxton Deepwater in the Burning Woods so that she knows I have sent you. We ask that you return with the Sceptre of Ixiblat Fer as well as evidence to show that the Plasmatic Priesthood is dealing with sarnaks. High Priest Omat will await your return. I Must depart now. I pray for your success."
[Fri Mar 21 23:35:33 2014] Natasha Whitewater says, 'Thank you, Daldaen, for your services thus far. The Triumvirate missionaries are, so far, impressed. However, there is yet another threat rising from the Plasmatic Priesthood that may have dire effects on all of Norrath if it is not stopped. An Iksar member of the Triumvirate missionaries has discovered that the Plasmatic Priesthood has somehow convinced the sarnak summoners of Chardok to assist them in summoning Ixiblat Fer to Norrath. Take this shell to Naxot Deepwater in the Burning Woods so that she knows I have sent you. We ask that you return with the Sceptre of Ixiblat Fer as well as evidence to show that the Plasmatic Priesthood is dealing with the sarnaks. High Priest Omat will await your return. I must depart for now. I pray for your success.'

That reads as though she should despawn immediately after receiving the ring.

The Note turnin however doesn't appear to have any suggestion that she despawns, which would tend to agree with the posts above:

[Mon Mar 24 21:46:41 2014] Natasha Whitewater lowers her head in mourning and whispers a prayer. 'It is a shame that fate has decided one so young and from such a background should perish, but we must not attempt to change what was destined to be. Priestess Naxot sacrificed herself selflessly so that others may be spared the horrors Ixiblat would have brought to Norrath. May the waters of Norrath forever remember her reflection. I thank you for delivering Naxot's message to me and give you this pearl imbued with the power of the Triumvirate. Should you find Zordak Ragefire, speak with him before all else and hand him this pearl. No mortal enemy of the Triumvirate can resist its enchantments.'
