Hey everyone,
I just started playing and being that I'm behind the curve decided on a necro to get up fast. Well, I've had lifetap resists on just about everything from greens to reds, lifetaps which in the original eq I could cast on things 50 levels higher and have them land (and run like hell afterwards). From the looks of this thread, is this something recent for Project 1999 or is this the way it has been and that's how it's gonna be?
