Funny i was just going to paineel last night to get my 20 necro pet spell and was surpised by 2 things.
1) i was actually KOS to paineel as a human necro of innorruk
2) the kobolds in Toxx don't give + faction hits to Paineel and Erudin.
The 2nd point i am most surpised about as im 99% sure that they did even before they added the warrens. (also shouldn't killing things in the hole give + faction hits to heritics?)
