Seriously though, that whole experience/debacle is what prompted me to do this. For those of you who missed it, I helped in-a-pinch last weekend when Sirken needed someone to stream the enchanter best of the best tournament. Somehow, I was his Obi-Wan for the day, and Wan does not simply say no to Sirken. ...Especially when he promises you stacks upon stacks of sea dragon meat, no questions asked right??

So yeah... on the one hand it was awesome to be able to help, but the timing was incredibly shitty, as I already had a full day of farm gallivanting planned. When I got home, there was a message from Sirken saying that over 200 people were watching from
my computer while I had been at a farm
20 miles away, riding tractors and shooting apples out of slingshots.
I hereby apologize to anybody who watched that and thought "worst camera guy ever" because, well.. I don't disagree with you.
Hilariously enough, when I returned to my house (just in time to catch the very last fight), I tried to actually move the camera and track the action, but pretty sure I made it worse because everyone started shouting for me to just stand still again.
I don't know. I guess that's just what you get for asking the meat guy to handle your equipment. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Needless to say, I am inspired to redeem myself.
