I believe those contracts are simply written up by you to standards and passed by the owners or directors of the companies themselves. I don't want for a contractor, we have our own attorneys, therefore you are null and void. You aren't an extension of my job, you aren't needed, you are just an out of state paper-pusher. If its any consolation, my boss's boss thought it was hilarious that I wear rubber jewelry in my ears and cut o-rings in my lip for safety, and deemed it safe to work with, but I still remove the lip rings out of respect during my hitch.
