Is Avatar supposed to be able to stack with Rez Effects? I noticed after getting a 96% rez at the sleeper raid yesterday I was able to proc with my primal bow and get Avatar.

Wouldn't have expected this to work since buffs with +str component won't stick with Rez Effects on? I didn't play a melee with primal on live so I don't have first hand experience to confirm, my wayback machine fu is failing me on this too.
