Ally Faction
Ally faction was not introduced until the May 8, 2001 patch.
- There is a new /consider message: "regards you as an ally". This is
the highest level of friendliness that an NPC will register using the
/consider command. The faction required to reach this rating is
significantly higher than 'warmly'.
Currently getting,

[Wed Oct 22 14:57:49 2014] a kromrif recruiter regards you as an ally -- You could probably win this fight.
[Wed Oct 22 14:58:31 2014] Watchman Icebear regards you as an ally -- You could probably win this fight.
