[Phantasm]

Once you get all the essentials(Sense Heading, Bind Wound, Feign Death, Mend and whatever kicks/punching tools) I would recommend you just save the rest. I haven't had a need to use any of my points since getting 1 in those base stats. Just feign every time its up, mend everytime its up, bind wound when you are under 50 and punch/kick every single mob you fight. You'll be max in all of them naturally, where as those points you wasted won't regenerate if the need arises
