I don't believe being offended is a valid argument in any way. But if you're going to accept that being offended is a legitimate argument, you can't then decide to be the arbiter on what is offensive and what is not. The thing about offense is it rests solely within the mind of another person and you don't have the power nor the right to determine what they think.
