Others can revise this, but this should at least get you started for SK weapon progression.
1HS = Sword of Skyfire -> Noctivigant Blade -> Shard of Night (Chardok revamp, not live yet) -> Massive Dragonclaw Shard (Velious, not live yet).
1HB = Deadwood Stave -> MoSS -> Ebon Mace
2HS = Nathsar Greatsword -> Argent Defender / Throneblade -> Epic (Soul Leech)
2HB = Rod of Lamentation / Deathbringer's Rod
In Velious, insert the Velium weapons for 1HS, 2HS, 2HP. (Light, Aged, Exquisite, etc.). For the end-game stuff, insert Primal velium and ToV stuff.
For the cheap starter stuff, Sword of Skyfire is about 200-250, and Nathsar Greatsword is about 100 plat. Deadwood Stave 50p or less, or free if lucky.
