Fresh has quite a few members that are newly 60 or approaching it very quickly
they have a chill and relaxed TS without spergs
they have aquired at least 6 epics if not more in the last two weeks or so
they are starting to contest areas like Chardok, Seb, the Planes etc
they have a large number of lower levels that actively group
they pvp Holo when it suits them and Azrael is KoS
Holo is NOT the only option
