Dex is good in my opinion. Helps with procs...you want epic to proc as often as possible. If it does somewhat help missed notes that's great. Sta and cha are good stats as well.
Str doesn't really add much to bard because the DPS increase is negligible. Everything else is a worthless stat for a bard unless you are PVP and want more mana.
Resists important too obviously, but not as important because they are pretty easy to max with recent resist system changes. (Thank you devs.)
