IDK, I think someone trying to get 25-29 by turnins alone and asking about it on server chat rather than class forums deserves a little poke :-)
I would suggest Unrest even though its camped to hell. Mistmoore is also good. Cast Tishans Clash on runners to make yourself useful until you get Snare. Your nukes at that level also completely destroy the mobs. One good nuke per mob is plenty.
