Decided i would post this here because after a long day of getting everything in game to work perfectly i ran into 1 final problem.
Screen Tearing oh noo's.
Add this line to your eqclient.ini file anywhere, right after
{DEFAULTS}
vsync=TRUE
also add these if they are not already included into your eqclient.ini.
CPUAffinity0=-1
GraphicsMemoryModeSwitch=1
*Note for lag
Try adding this line
HardwareTnL=TRUE
if not for the reason to make sure a vid card needs to have it turned on/off
If it needs to register as off make it false like so,
HardwareTnL=FALSE
Either way it should be there, this came from a older dev note when EQ launched
blood-fields.
Run a search first though, they might already be in your eqclient.ini.
This will work, and are known quick fixes to most common problems EQ has running on well anything, because face it, Sony wasn't smart enough to include the little things like VSync, you could possibly professionally game w/o it who knows
