I hit 43 a few night ago (love Red exp bonus), and haven't gotten a FBSS yet - been focusing more on leveling rather than getting loot, although I did spent 4 levels in HK, and another 5-7 levels in SolA which was the best exp I've seen which pretty good vendor loot to boot.
Got myself a peacebringer for a steal and wow, what an upgrade it is over the Wu's Quivering - I hope to join a raid to Sky soon to get my haste belt soon as spending 6-7k is far out of my budget.
