Forgive me if this seems a little idealistic, but, many of the people in rags are just trying to gear up to PVP more competitively. Why would it be fun to be facerolled by someone with gear that makes them near invincible to a full group in rags?
Seriously. I have shit gear, and I've pvp'ed and couldn't even touch the twink PK'er. That's not pvp. That's a high school wrestler body-slamming a 3rd grader. Not cool, not fun.

I charged my rags 25 SK straight into unrest last night to head on collide with a fungi ragebringer rogue who was whipping out full groups and made him zone out at 40-50% 4 times before logging for the night. He killed one clothy in our group while I was present, sadly I had to log for rest since I work, obviously you can guess the griefer had no such agenda and carried on to slay everyone eventually... I know you get almost exponentially more powerful beyond 50 and also end game VP BiS gear is beastmode but I have a very hard time believing a group willing to PVP back couldn't dissuade someone all the same...
I honestly feel the unwillingness to engage in PVP is what ruins the server. Why people complain about bluebies and go back to blue. I don't like the griefers any more than anyone else in rags but I will rally and fight them and run them off. If Bakingsoda hadn't engaged us mid fight, with a massive train in tow and caused all the chaos he did, and anyone else in group had been able to assist, my mage would've dropped him. He was eating nukes left and right til I XP died.
It isn't cool at all, but it is just as lame that it happens because people come here who don't want to fight other players, and it shows. If you don't want to kill other players roll a healer and shut the hell up and heal me while I fight, don't roll a dps class or tank and sit idly by while a griefer clears the zone of players.
