I don't get the big deal. The proposed changes were simply asking that guilds that ally to kill things to share the same rotation spot. FFS, even the GM's considered FE/IB as a single raiding entity and afforded them the same 2 trackers that TMO had.

So why not just keep it all the same, and force ppl who ally to stay allied for 30 days +/-
