Emerald Warriors' Items Quest
After turning in the four required items and completing the quest *twice,* the third turn-in was ignored. I lost the four items.
After taking a break, zoning a few times, and gaining a level, I came back and did another four turn-ins. The first two turn-ins worked as expected, but the second two did not.
I'm not sure if this is the expected behavior, but there is no mention of this result on the p1999 wiki or elsewhere.
