Lower Guk has *many* pathing issues, most of which seem related to the z-axis. I have to assume it's a generally known issue by now.

You're right, the executioner room tends to glitch frequently. Specifically, mobs will sometimes fall through the floor or path through the wall when pulled and attempting to path up the stairs. As a temporary workaround, when that happens, immediately camp--you'll camp and log back in before the wayward Wan Ghoul Knight even walks back to you.
