The entire rogue guild in Kaladim is more or less broken as far as questing is concerned. It has been a long time for me so my memory may not serve me well but I recall those guys giving out quest right from the get go. Now, all they will tell you to do is kill some butcherblock bandits to gain more faction. Having to work up faction with your own guild in your own hometown doesnt seem right to me.
In any event, they will not accept warbeads, or rat pelts as far as I have tested. Jeet will accept the metal parts off of the Cleaner for the Miners Cap quest but that is about it.
