Brother Q is already pretty rare and his PH is that Crown of Leaves bitch in SK
I dont see any evidence talking about killing the PH just the fact that 'Q wasnt up often' which could be bc no one was killing his ph.
Not sure thats proper evidence to make him spawn less frequently.
The other stuff looks good tho, nice finds.
