If you zone with LESS HP than you have in total +HP gear, you lose all spell effects.
Example:
If you only have two Platinum Fire Wedding Rings (55HP each) equipped, and that's it. You have a total of +110HP from items.
If you were to zone with anywhere from 1-109HP, you will lose all buffs AND DoTs/Debuffs.
If you don't want to lose your buffs when zoning, figure out what your +HP total is and try to zone before you get under that threshold value or try to kite around/regen/heal before zoning.
Or if you want to lose your buffs because you have a long lasting Debuff or DoT wait until you drop bellow that threshhold and then zone.
