A guild is just a choice between a few possible groups of people you join to do guild size raids/pvp. You need to realign your expectations of what a red99 guild is going to provide you in your life.

Not flaming on what you said, but every MMO I have ever played in I have ran my guild cept for Red99. I know what it takes to run a guild
