You're going to find this a tough sale. I've had one listed for sale for months and the only inquires were asking for loot rights.
Almost no wizards on this server are sitting on a Gnarled Staff that they haven't turned in. Those who are, are waiting for a Cazic Skin.
I would suggest holding out until Velious when the Gnarled Staff drop a ton more and the Cazic Skin isn't required anymore. At that point you will find some buyers of this.
