2 points:
1. Your rant is kind of like when a boss/ coach/ guildleader/ etc. rants at people who showed up about how people don't show up. In other words, the people you are ranting at are not the ones that are listening/ giving a shit.
2. Don't fall into the self-selected sample trap that many in customer service/ complaints dept/ law enforcement do. The people who piss you off are a very VERY small % of the population; they just seem like a large % because the nature of the job means that if people don't have a problem/ complaint/ whine you probably won't end up dealing with them.
corollary of 2: if you perma-ban the blubbering whiners, they are such a small minority that few will even notice, contrary to their claims of being the spokesman for the "silent majority."
