Description: Ziglark Whisperwing is currently unable to be killed. This leaves followers of Deities KOS to this mob unable to obtain a key.

Unsure of why this NPC is currently invulnerable. If left invulnerable, followers of Rallos Zek (possibly other kos factions) will be unable to obtain a key without a considerable faction grind.
