Many spell effects and components listed on the current allkhazam's website have been updated as the spells have been changed/updated in game over time.
You would need to use wayback machine at least or find a period correct description of the spell from Lucy in order to be sure and, even then, the first hand accounts of players on class forums, especially multiple first hand accounts that corroborate one another, are often more useful as Lucy spell changes do not always go back to pre-luclin changes.
