Stats are pretty easily compensated with gear.
STA is one of the harder ones to raise as you get higher in level but not impossible.
Personally a good balance (STR and STA) is the way I like to go. Without STR you can't carry any loot or hit as hard.
Thankfully you didn't dump it all into CHA or somesuch.... Did you?
