Making a separate thread about these guys because its about spawn points rather than the other issues. I'm not exactly sure where these guys are supposed to spawn, but during a recent DN run we saw one spawn at 860, -83, 8. Now I see that this picture isn't the greatest but it is just
inside the complex with the Shade of Jaled'Dar. I am looking directly at the door leading out towards the WW portal in this pic (img 2).
Additionally, there seems to be a double spawn on 641, -1375, 3. This is near the rat caves that lead to vilefang. (Img 1)

I apologize if this isn't much help. Perhaps these two are anomalous and should be removed outright or moved to "appropriate" spawn points. Perhaps this is working as intended.
