I don't have any waybacked links but this quest never changed afaik.
Turning in the 3 Bayle Lists to Rathmana Allin along with 20 gold pieces was supposed to return a translated list. The bastard just ate up all my items and gave nothing back. I gave the 3 lists at the same time as 20 gp, I was indifferent (he sells me stuff np) so I don't see what the problem could be
