With velious on the horizon, as a wizard ive not enjoyed spell partials.

You should NOT resist a draught with 84 cold resist either, it should require 150 to a resist to partial 200 for a chance at outright resist.

Partial damage on all spells is NOT CLASSIC

velious melee classes will be very powerful and we need to have a reason to play wizards OTHER Then giant / dragon bane nukes : )
