Default This is not fixed.
The Giant water moccasin in Innothule Swamp are still hitting too hard. I tried killing a blue con (Level 9 Character) Giant water moccasin near the Hand at LOC 1260, 558, -19.50. He proceeded to hit me for low to mid 40s.
