Gfay is my favorite starting zone, took my monk there early on. only drawback was having to take the boat to train skills. Felwithe and Kelethin should cover training for most classes, and have a really simple transition to higher zones. can do Gfay - Crushbone - Unrest - Stay in Unrest or go to MM at 20.
