I think i got mine from Jygia, you have to get yourself to The Overthere, and he/she will debuff mob, then let u use strings to charm and turn in. When you use strings, have Jade ready on cursor, click strings and turn in fast before charm breaks. Contact Jygia, or find him/her at EC tunnel. OT hammer is a giant item, have an open slot rdy.
