Come to the conclusion that Lev committed a very serious crime and is reflecting outwards trying to get his grief out by blaming another person ie agatha in this case. If it helps him sleep at night, telling other people a story about a kid in a hit and run and a person hes got a forumquest grudge with did it. I hope it works, but by the constant reposting it sounds like you need to refresh yourself a few times a day to get the guilt off.
